Error description
In a lock down environment when user (with or without full right) install the Lotus iNotes Activex MSI, it appears not to work properly. STEPS 1). Install on the MSI and seem to be successful 2). Access mail file via Internet explorer 3). Click on the attachment, there is always a message that Activex control has been blocked which shows that the activex is not installed. If the Activex Control is checked in the location (C:\Windows\Downloaded program files), it is not found so that seems that the MSI does not install. NOTE: To simulate the lock down environment, I remove the cab files from the html folder.
