  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If the base table is dropped/created    *
  *                      and the base object that the masks or   *
  *                      permissions are dependent upon is       *
  *                      dropped/created then the masks or       *
  *                      permissions are dropped twice, and      *
  *                      the following error message is          *
  *                      displayed:                              *
  *                                                              *
  *                      ADB7199E Global Variable                *
  *                      >schema<.>gvname< can not be            *
  *                      dropped because view                    *
  *                      >schema<.>view_name< depends            *
  *                      upon it.                                *
