Error description
Two issues addressed with this APAR: 1) Export to PC of Transaction Transit extract may result in some values being truncated. The extract to PC utility should format time values in Milliseconds, these are incorrectly being formatted as Microseconds, resulting in large values being truncated. 2) ABENDS0Cx following recovery from earlier abend with ESTAE active. If an abend occurs during file initialization/allocation which is trapped by the ESTAE process, IMS PA may attempt to recover using the current Dispatch List which may not have been built, resulting in invalid pointers and various S0Cx abends. In this case an ABENDS0C6 occurs after an ABENDS013. This ABEND0C6 occured when IPIGDSPF did a branch to an invalid address at offset x'01C6' due to R15 being odd. Keywords: ABEND013 S0C6 S013 S0Cx

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: Users of IMS Performance Analyzer V4.3 * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Export to PC of FastPath Extract may * * result in values being truncated and * * an abend S0Cx issue. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** The following issues are being addressed in this APAR: 1.FastPath Extract by Interval routine incorrectly reports values in Microsecond units, resulting in large values being truncated when they are processed by the PC Export utility. 2.If an abend occurs during file initialization/allocation which is trapped by the ESTAE process, IMS PA may attempt to recover using the current Dispatch List which may not have been built, resulting in invalid pointers and various S0Cx abends.
Problem conclusion
The following changes have been made for the above issues: 1.FastPath Extract by Interval values should be reported in Millisecond units, not Microsecond. 2.Following ESTAE recovery IMS PA should force EOF and process Dispatch List from the top, which will result in null lists being correctly detected
