    * PARTITIONING is specified and there *
    *                      is a temporal table with                *

    * the compare source, the wrong default *
    * clause is generated for the *
    * TRANSACTION START ID columns in the *
    * CHANGE file. The column definition *

    * WITHOUT TIME ZONE NOT NULL *
    *                       WITH DEFAULT                           *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The default value of TRANSACTION START ID columns in temporal
    tables have nothing to do with the generic ignore field
    PARTITIONING, so the default clause of TRANSACTION START ID
    columns should be generated based on the definition in the
    source regardless of the generic ignore field PARTITIONING.
