• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Running Change 5.3.0.6, a Change administrator may see the
  following message repeated multiple times in the event.log file:
  
  2013/10/17 13:18:10 ERROR: Database does not exist in userInfo
  objectcom.telelogic.cs.cmapi.CcmApiException: Missing token.
  
  This message is a result of a missing token to one of the
  operation at Change server. This message is not harmful and
  needs to be suppressed.
