  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If a table contains a hidden ROWID      *
  *                      column and 'ALT ALter Table' (ALT)      *
  *                      inserts a new column at the top of      *
  *                      table, the Compare program generates    *
  *                      ALTER TABLE statements instead of       *
  *                      DROP/CREATE statements to process       *
  *                      the change.                             *
