• Rational Programming Patterns - v9.7.0
  When the -CE of a segment called in a volume is modified the
  new description is not taken into account correctly when the
  volume is generated afterwards.
  
  Example of modification not visible after generation :
  Deletion or addition of a new data element and modification of
  the length of the final FILLER.
  

Local fix

• Add a logical operator in the additional information of the
  FILLER.
