PH21319: SELECTION OF FIELDS FROM THE OUTLINE VIEW TO HIGHLIGHT THEM WITHIN THE RUI EDITOR DESIGN VIEW DOES NOT SELECT THE CORRECT AREA

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This issue revolves around the Scale and Layout option in
  Windows Display options.
  If the 125% is set then the selection works perfectly.
  Changing to any other setting ie 100% and the misaligned
  selection occurs, any size apart from 125% replicates the issue.
  
  There is another setting in Windows display settings which
  effects this from the Scale and Layout option -> Advanced
  scaling settings -> where if the option "Let windows try to fix
  apps so they're not blurry" is turned off then setting any size
  for the actual "Scale and Layout" works fine.
