Error description

• Change of JRE location in CA 11.1.5 broke some CA scripts.
  In CA versions prior to 11.1.5 JRE was in <ca11_home>\jre
  In CA 11.1.5 JRE moved to <ca11_home>\ibm-jre\jre\bin and
  directory <ca11_home>\jre removed.
  
  That breaks some CA script, e.g.
  <ca11_home>\bin64\parquetmigrate.sh(.bat).
  C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\analytics\bin64>parquetmigrate -d
  Looking for JRE in: .\bin... Looking for JRE in: ..\jre\bin...
  Looking for JRE in: ..\jre\bin... Could not find a JRE. Cannot
  run IBM Cognos Configuration. The system cannot find the batch
  label specified - finish
  
  Quite possibly there are other examples.
