  The Reorg Expert issues MSG HPSG2330E and ends with RC=08 even
  though DBRC=N is defined in the DFSIDEF0 module.
  
  HPSG2330E DBRC API FUNC=QUERY,TYPE=DB,DBD=dbd_name,RC=08,
            RSN=D8200002
  
  In the IMS V15, the Reorg Expert treat as DBRC=Y, if the
  DFSIDEF0 module is created without first defining a DBRC=NO
  statement as follows:
  
           DFSIDEF TYPE=BEGIN
           DFSIDEF TYPE=PARM,SVC2=222
           DFSIDEF TYPE=PARM,SVC4=233
           DFSIDEF TYPE=PARM,DBRC=NO
           DFSIDEF TYPE=END
  
  If you specify the FORCE option on the DBRC= statement in the
  above order, Reorg Expert will treat it as DBRC=Y.
  This problem does not occur before the IMS V15.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Reorg Expert has been modified to handle the DFSIDEF0
  module correctly.
