  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *
  *                      support new Db2 v12 function level      *
  *                      features as follows:                    *
  *                      - Tolerate Db2 Function level 506       *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides enhancements and fixes to support new Db2 12
  function level features.
  
  1- Function level 506 is tolerated as follows:
  
     You can specify V12R1M506 as a valid option for the
     APPLCOMPAT field on the following panels:
  
     - ADB21KB "Bind Package"
     - ADB21KR "Rebind Package"
     - ADB21KRT "Rebind Trigger Package"
  
  A new validation message is added on preceding panels:
  ADB823W: Valid values of applcompat are V10R1, V11R1, V12R1,
           V12R1M100, V12R1M5nn, where 5nn is a numeric value
           that cannot be greater than the current Db2 function
           level.
  
  Tools Customization (TCz) allows specifying V12R1M506 as a
  valid option for the APPLCOMPAT field.
