• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If SingleRow Option is used in SQL Statement and the result set
  of the statement contains more than 1 row, the execution of the
  statement should result in an SQLCODE -811 exception which is as
  expected for COBOL generated programs.
  
  Its observed that the
  SingleRow is effectively ignored running a Java generated
  program or via the EGL debugger the SQLCODE -811 is not be
  thrown and processing continues.
