PH15930: INCORRECT DASHBOARD CALCULATION PREVIEW OCCURS REGARDLESS OF DASHBOARD, DATA, FUNCTION AND TEMPLATE TYPE.

Error description

• This error was reproduced on
  https://casupport2dev.ca.analytics.ibm.com/bi which is currently
  11.1.3. Please note this error occurs for any dashboard, any
  template, any function and any datasource. Instructions to
  reproduce this issue are as follows:
  
  1 - Sign in to your environment (feel free to use
  https://casupport2dev.ca.analytics.ibm.com/bi)
  2 - Go to New on the bottom left and select Dashboard
  3 - Select any of the templates (I selected blank)
  4 - Select any sample data (I selected Samples/Data/Accounts
  Receivable)
  5 - Then right click to select "Accounts receivable.xlsx" and
  select calculations
  6 - In the calculations move one of the functions over and copy
  one of the examples. In the preview you will see an error saying
  something like "Cannot find Country"
  7 - If you select okay and move the calculation into the
  dashboard you will see it works.....
