IBM Developer for System z (IDz) : IDz 14.1.3 the rule "Check the value of SQLCODE after an EXEC SQL Statement" marks the DECLARE CURSOR statement wrongly in error when used in PROCEDURE DIVISION. This does not occur when the DECLARE CURSOR is used in WORKING STORAGE SECTION.
