• After customization using IMS Tools Setup, ISPF interface start
  procedure fails because ALIAS is not yet defined for
  consolidated libraries.

  #B3AD2@ and #B3AD3@ member in CUSTJCL library, crated by IMS
  Tools Setup, instruct to run HKTAPPL exec with HLQ() parameter.
  However, ALIASes specified in the parameter are not yet defined
  at the time.
  

Problem conclusion

• CUSTJCL members which define ALIASes; #B9ISPF, #D9ISPF, #F9ISPF,
  #R9ISPF, and, #T9ISPF have been consolidated to one member
  and renamed to #A1ALIAS so it is invoked before #B3AD2@ and
  #B3AD3@. (CUSTJCL members are invoked in the order of the member
  name)
