Error description
There was a similar defect raised in the past (PH02691) that was fixed in 11.1.2. However, that had to do with a report in "Executing" status and the mailserver in that case was already set up. In our case, the report was cancelled before the mailserver was set up. It looks like the notification store is not getting cleared for some reason. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this.
