APAR status

Error description

  • IBM Developer for System z (IDz) : IDz 14.1.6 and 14.1.7
When filtering the Remote system view using &USERID and an
other explicit HLQ, only the data with the explicit filter are
displayed.

Examples :
If filter is set to &USERID.AAA.XXX and &USERID.AAA.YYY all
works fine.
If filter is set to QUAL1.AAA.BBB and QUAL2.CCC;DDD it works
fine too.
If filter is set to &USERID.AAA.XXX and QUAL2.CCC;DDD
the &USERID ... files are not shown.

Local fix

Problem summary


    

  • When filtering the Remote system view using &USERID and an other
 explicit HLQ, only the data with the explicit filter are
displayed.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • In the case of multiple filter strings, Remote Systems was not
properly translating the variable, &USERID, appropriately, hence
 the failed query.
