Error description
Many messages about DBD space full with rc00c90089 type602 : DSNT500I -DSN DSNGEDLC RESOURCE UNAVAILABLE REASON 00C90089 TYPE 00000602 NAME EDM DBD SPACE This apar is retrofit to v11 for PI98892. DBDPOOL full condition may occur on structure owner DB2 member due to DBD pages incorrectly not being marked stealable. During Group Buffer Pool check point process, the Db2 internal cast out task can miss a de-reference call to the DBD it just referenced. This missed de-reference call makes those DBD pages non-stealable. The number of stealable paged QISEDLRU decreases, in the end results in DBD POOL FULL condition DSNT500I REASON CODE RC00C90089 and RESOURCE TYPE 00000602.
Local fix
Increase EDM DBD CACHE dynamically. EDM DBD CACHE field , EDMDBDC subsystem parameter.

Problem conclusion
