  CICS receives a RESTful JSON web service GET request. After
  calling the target program, CICS needed to generate the
  response for the client. The Web service was defined with
  "additionalProperties": true and this causes CICS to
  unexpectedly fail to generate the response.
  Message DFHPI1010 is issued and a fault message is returned.

Problem conclusion

• CICSAxis2ApplicationHandler.java has been changed to correctly
  generate the response for RESTful GET request.
