Error description
If the CQ Web login page remains open but the user does not log in for 15-30 minutes, the login prompt becomes unresponsive. The tab has to be closed and a new login page must be opened to be able to log on.

Problem conclusion
A fix is available in ClearQuest 9.0.1.12, 9.0.2.4 and 9.1.0.1. In ClearQuest Web, the login will not become unresponsive if the user does not login for a long time.
