PH13633: FILTERS AND CALCULATIONS ARE NOT PUSHED TO DB WHEN CUSTOM SQL AND CROSS DB QUERIES ARE USED

Error description

• When a data source query subject has custom SQL (anything beyond
  Select * From TableName), and that query subject is joined and
  queried against anothe query subject from another data source,
  we do not push any simple filters and calculations to the DB as
  CQM did.
  
  It is understood that this is a federated situation and that
  local processing will occur on the CA servers, however, the
  filters or calculation specifically associated with data source
  A should be pushed down to data source A rather than bring back
  the entire table and then apply the filters and calcs locally.

  Enabling the functionality that pushes the filters and the
  calculations to the inner query.
  1-    In the IBM Cognos Analytics welcome page, click
  Manage/Administration console
  2-    In the IBM Cognos Administration page, on the left side
  panel, click System
  3-    In the middle panel (titled Scorecard), click twice on the
  dispatcher link.
  4-    Click on Set properties next to QueryService
  5-    Click Edit next to the Advanced settings
  6-    Add the following entries
      Parameter = qsPushFiltersToInnerQuery  value = true
      Parameter = qsPushCalculationsToInnerQuery  value = true
  7-    Click OK to save and exit the Advanced settings page
  8-    Click OK to save and exit the Set properties page for
  QueryService
  9-    Allow a couple of minutes for the settings to be collected
  and sent down to the QueryService component.
