• ITKB issues message FPQ3110E and hangs up the job of the client
  module that called ITKB.

  This APAR resolves the following issue of IMS Tools Knowledge
  Base.
  - Forward fit of Tools Base V1.5 APAR PI70552.
    Bad Slot State During Connection leading to an infinite WAIT.
  
  After installing the APAR, when a BAD SLOT situation is
  detected, IMS Tools Knowledge Base causes an abend and
  terminates the JOB. Please report the abend to IBM.
  
  This APAR also includes changes that expand the slot storage.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following modules have been modified to fix the above
  problem:
  - FPQCMSRB, FPQCSLT, FPQHKTX0
  The following new sample member has been added.
  - FPQSRFSH
