Error description

• Running DFHLS2JS and receiving.
  .
  DFHPI9504E Parameter "ADDITIONAL-PROPERTIES-DEFAULT" has been
     specified but is not valid for program "DFHLS2JS".
  DFHPI9504E Parameter "ADDITIONAL-PROPERTIES-MAX" has been
     specified but is not valid for program "DFHLS2JS".
  DFHPI9504E Parameter "ADDITIONAL-PROPERTIES-SIZE" has been
     specified but is not valid for program "DFHLS2JS".

  When a BUNDLE is being created by DFHLS2JS then the parameters
  actually end up being validated a second time.  The first pass
  had set default values for the new ADDITONAL-PROPERTIES-*
  parameters and these get rejected on the second pass because
  they are not valid for DFHLS2JS.

  Work Around: Use Mapping Level 4.1 instead of 4.2 or 4.3

  *                      "ADDITIONAL-PROPERTIES-SIZE" has been   *
  *                      specified but is not valid for program  *
  *                       "DFHLS2JS".                            *

  DFHLS2JS is run with MAPPING-LEVEL=4.2 and a BUNDLE specified.
  Defaults are incorrectly set for ADDITIONAL-PROPERTIES-DEFAULT,
  ADDITIONAL-PROPERTIES-MAX, ADDITIONAL-PROPERTIES-SIZE.  These
  parameters are only valid for DFHJS2LS and result in DFHPI9504E
  messages being issued.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHLS2JS has been changed to remove the three
  ADDITIONAL-PROPERTIES-* parameters when run.
