  • z/Explorer 14.1 Column sort preference not retained in JES Show
in Table

To reproduce:
Sort the lines by clicking in a column name in Remote System
Details view.
After clicking on the refresh button of this view (or using
F5), the lines are updated remaining the sort criteria set in
IDz 14.1.3.
In 14.1.5, the lines are updated and no sort criteria is
considered.

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • Refreshing sorted JES jobs in the Remote Systems Details view
can remove the sort criteria.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The sort criteria is lost because the view event handling for
the refresh wasn't reapplying the sorter after updating its
contents.
