Error description
When a user Perl script calling CtCmd performs a ClearCase task like creating a view, if a custom umask was set before the operation, the operation may execute with the wrong umask, resulting in objects being created with incorrect permissions. This is mst commonly seen when using CtCmd::cleartool to create a VOB or view.

Problem conclusion
A fix is available in ClearCase version 9.0.1.7 - also requires CtCmd 1.15 & MtCmd 1.16 (please contact ClearCase Customer support)
