Error description

• This APAR fixes a compiler introduced error during Debug Tool
  and z/OS Debugger debugging, specifically when attempting to
  STEP OVER a PERFORM statement

  The Enterprise COBOL V6.2 November 2018 PTF contained new
  function that inadvertently changed the behavior of the STEP
  OVER debug action. This behavior is fixed with this PTF.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler was updated so that the correct behavior of the
  STEP OVER action on a PERFORM statement in the debugger has
  been restored.
