Error description

• The LOAD control cards generated are incorrect for an unload
  command requiring CLOB or BLOB or DBCLOB or XML data be unloaded
  in streamif none of the CLOB or BLOB or DBCLOB or XML data
  requires automatic truncation (triggered by the fact that the
  size of the output record exceed the maximum length allowed for
  a record) and:
  - either the unloaded data is nullable and the null indicator is
    to be placed after the column
  - or the unloaded data is not the last (rightmost) column of the
    output record
