Error description
The customer keeps receiving errorr like: CWWKS1743E: The token validation failed. Another JSON Web Token (JWT) with the same 'iss':[https://identity-np.test.com/oauth2/ausfsc7a12DuJCMqT 0 h7] and 'jti':[CJ.aySYfkSweJkc9LmedEBpusKep-0zgT4Q5snJ7wITXGU] has already been received. The JTI is used to prevent token replay attacks, so the current behavior is working as designed.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server Liberty - OpenID Connect * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: WebSphere Liberty OpenID Connect * * clients cannot reuse Json Web Token * * access tokens * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** By default, OpenID Connect clients in WebSphere Liberty are not allowed to use Json Web Token (JWT) access tokens more than once. Once a JWT access token has been issued and used, it will not be accepted for any other requests.
Problem conclusion
A tokenReuse configuration option is added to the openidConnectClient element to allow OpenID Connect clients to reuse JWT access tokens. The tokenReuse option can be set to true or false. The default setting is false. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 19.0.0.1.
