Error description

• Enhancement to provide new parmlib option
  RESTRICTED_OBJECTS_WARNING.
  When this option is enabled and a system level backup
  includes objects in a restricted state (CHKP), job will
  end with return code 4 instead of 0 and an additional
  warning message is shown.
