Customer-facing: When HTTP or HTTPS ports in server.xml are
not specified or left blank then a Null Pointer Exception is
raised at
com.ibm.ws.collective.routing.controller.internal.RoutingInf
oManagerImpl.getTransportsForServerInternal(RoutingInfoManag
erImpl.java:2372) or
com.ibm.ws.collective.routing.controller.internal.RoutingInf
oManagerImpl.getTransportsForServerInternal(RoutingInfoManag
erImpl.java:23787)

When using the dynamicRouting-1.0 feature and the HTTP or HTTPS
ports in server.xml are either not specified or left blank, a
NullPointerException is raised at either:

com.ibm.ws.collective.routing.controller.internal.RoutingInfoMan
agerImpl.getTransportsForServerInternal(RoutingInfoManagerImpl.j
ava:2372)

or:

com.ibm.ws.collective.routing.controller.internal.RoutingInfoMan
agerImpl.getTransportsForServerInternal(RoutingInfoManagerImpl.j
ava:23787)

Problem conclusion

The Dynamic Routing controller was updated to handle the case
where neither the HTTP or HTTPS ports are specified in the
server.xml.  The update handles the NullPointerException
condition.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 18.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
