Error description

• This fix resolves an issue where the analyze with return code
  and analyze with Externalizable is not invoked.

  For quick running Java batch parallel jobs, a timing issue
  could occur where the top level could end prior to all of its
  sub jobs ending, causing notifications to be lost and the
  analyze methods not to be invoked.
  

Problem conclusion

• A code update has been made to properly handle this case, to
  prevent a timing situation from occurring.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.4.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
