Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' line commands PA and CH
  fail with a SQLCODEN203 / SQLCODE -213 when issued on panel
  ADB21T 'Tables, Views, and Aliases' after running the sample job
  ADBSMORJ, introduced by APAR PI11448.

  invalid.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  APAR PI19368 has been opened to address the issue with SAMP
  member ADBSMORD containing two references to the panel ID
  ADB2AR.
