PI18628: IDLR287: IDLRUTIL - CC = 12 COMMAND: UREP0121 IS NOT AN IMPLEMENTED UTILITY

Error description

• Just installed IMS Control Suite V3.2. We are using IMS V12. Get
  message IDRL287 when using the function 4. non-DBRC commands and
  reports selectable by DBDSGRPS
  and then selecting a DBDSGRP name followed by selecting
  UREP0121  UTIL, EXCEPTIONAL CONDITIONS IN THE RECON, V12
  which is followed by the message:
  IDLR287: IDLRUTIL - CC = 12 COMMAND: UREP0121 IS NOT AN
  IMPLEMENTED UTILITY
