  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool for     *
  *                 z/OS who use the Change Management           *
  *                 Batch (CM Batch) function and specify        *
  *                 existing_data_set_action = 'STOP'.           *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When specifying                         *
  *                      existing_data_set_action = 'STOP'       *
  *                      where the PDS for Work Statement        *
  *                      List (WSL) and member name specifies    *
  *                      a data set and PDS member that exists,  *
  *                      in some cases CM Batch does not stop    *
  *                      processing and continues analyzing      *
  *                      the change. This results in the         *
  *                      existing WSL PDS member being           *
  *                      replaced.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When specifying existing_data_set_action = 'STOP' where the
  PDS for WSL and member name specifies a data set and PDS
  member that exists, in some cases CM Batch does not stop
  processing and continues analyzing the change.  This results
  in the existing WSL PDS member being replaced.
  
  Processing should not continue and the following error
  message should be displayed:
  
  ADB9947E The following list consists of DB2 Admin
  data sets or PDS members that are needed for the change.
  They are not eligible to be replaced based on the
  existing_data_set_action parameter value of STOP.
  
  Run WSL . . : '>HLQ<.>name<.>SSID<.RUN.WSL(member-name)'
  Run job . . : '>HLQ<.>name<.>SSID<.RUN.JCL(member-name)'
