Error description

• Change the job step return code for ITKB errors from 4 to 0 to
  prevent the abortion of multi-step processes and to be
  consistent with the ITKB error return code of other IMS Tools
  products.

  This APAR changes the job step return code for ITKB errors in
  the main task of Smart Reorg utility from 4 to 0.
  This change achieves consistency of ITKB error return code with
  other IMS Tools products such as IMS High Performance Image
  Copy for z/OS.
  
  If you want to keep receiving return code 4 in case of ITKB
  errors, specify ERRC04 option to the ITKBSRVR statement as
  follows:
    ITKBSRVR=server_name,ERRC04
  
  The ERRC04 option can be specified as your installation default
  for Smart Reorg utility and IPR Reload utility as follows:
    HPSCOPT START
    HPSCOPT UNLOAD
    HPSCOPT RELOAD,ITKBSRVR=(server_name,ERRC04)
    HPSCOPT DRIVER,ITKBSRVR=(server_name,ERRC04)
    HPSCOPT END
  
  To use the new function with IPR Reload utility, the following
  maintenance is required:
   - APAR PI17977 for IMS High Performance Load (FMID=H1IM210)
