  *                      1. If a IIUSRTVx sort fails in the IB   *
  *                      sequential scan, the sort messages are  *
  *                      not printed in the IIUSOUT data set.    *
  *                      2. The Index Builder process terminates *
  *                      forcedly with condition code 722 when   *
  *                      the HPU scan runs longer than 83        *
  *                      minutes.                                *
  *                      3. If the HPU scan runs and an index    *
  *                      buffered sort fails, the Index Builder  *
  *                      job-step gets into a long-wait.         *
