Error description
Two WebSphere Application Server V8.5.5 cells are created and then linkCells.sh(WVE shell) is run to link those cells. Restarting deployment manager (dmgr) successfully completed but it generates SECJ0326E/ADMR0023E in SystemOut.log.

Problem conclusion
