Error description

A Servlet that has an @Inject for a bean works fine, however,
a bean that has an @Inject for another bean does not find the
Injection Point.

When trying to process the Injection Points of a Bean
sometimes they are not found when they should have been.
This affects injection points in Beans but not in servlets and
happens because the ProcessInjectionTargetEvent is fired too
early.
The net result is that the custom extension does not see the
correct injection points.

Problem conclusion

The CDI container was updated to delay the firing of the
ProcessInjectionTargetEvent when the following CDI custom
property is enabled:

com.ibm.ws.cdi.delayProcessInjectionTarget(true/false - default)

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.9 and 8.5.5.3.  Please refer to the
