Error description

• After applying UI15813 user may still encounter abend0C4 in
  module FPEUFUD2 due to incorrect processing of ifcid204 for
  field QW0204UR
  
  ABEND0C4 can be encountered at FPEUIFC2 + 82C in a Record Trace
  report during processing of IFCID204 for DB2 V9 or V10 when
  there is more than one indoubt thread.
