During asset deployment, the Map Users and Map Groups buttons are not rendered on the Map security roles to users or groups page

Troubleshooting


Problem

When you add a Service Component Architecture (SCA)-deployed asset to a business-level application, the []Map Users[] and []Map Groups[] buttons are not displayed on the Map security roles to users or groups page. A blank area is shown where the buttons should exist on the page.

Environment

This problem only occurs on Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers that are configured to use a double-byte language as the default language. Other browsers, such as Mozilla FireFox browsers, display the buttons.

Resolving The Problem

To view the Map Users and Map Groups buttons on the Map security roles to users or groups page, collapse and then expand the page. Toggle the Expand or Collapse icon in the top-right corner of the Create new business-level application panel twice. This action collapses the panel and then re-renders it without reloading the page. After you collapse and then expand the panel, you can view the Map Users and Map Groups buttons.
