Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS' does not provide a default
  for the CLONE LOBTEMPLATE.
  

Local fix

• Add a specific template to the 'LOBCOLDDN' keyword via panel
  ADB25TU4 'Specify UTILITY TEMPLATE Usage' for 'Template type'
  'CLONE' and specify 'Generate templates' 'YES'.
