Error description

• (HPU 4.3 only) Whenever an abend occurs, ABENDU4083 is always
  obtained and the real abend is not mentioned and the related
  dump is useless for diagnosing the issue.
  
  For example, if an ABENDS0C1 occurs, the joglogs contains (in
  JESMSGLG):

  the DB2 HPU EXEC card.
