Problem conclusion

• The JAX-WS run time is updated so that it will display the
  same message as the JAX-RPC run time:
  
  Hi there, this is a Web service!
  
  This behavior is controlled by a JVM custom property called
  com.ibm.ws.websvcs.unifyServiceMessage
  
  Valid values are true and false.  The default value is false.
