Problem
The following erros appear while editing or adding user in IBM Rational DOORS, "Unable to save changes. Would you like to refresh?" or "CRCRD5468W Changes cannot be saved. Do you want to refresh the user list?"
Resolving The Problem
The usual cause of this is that someone else is editing users at the same time. If this is not the case, proceed as follows: Ask all users to save their work and exit DOORS. You should not remove any locks while users are still using DOORS due to the risk of data corruption. Then check in DOORS for locks on user accounts using the Tools->Manage Locks utility. If there are locks, and you have confirmed that no users are using DOORS, remove them. The DOORS Database Server process should be stopped and restarted. If these actions do not resolve the issue, please contact IBM Rational DOORS Support.
