Error description
ERROR com.ibm.ba.pm.service.opsconsole.tm1.rest.handlers. OpsConTM1RealtimeMonitorDataEnhancedHandler - Could not connect to server to fetch enhanced monitor data for [id] Working TM1 Application UIs(Tm1web, OpsConsole, TM1 Applications) loose list of running TM1 Server instances once the TM1 OpsConsole is accessed and the inital page is loaded. It also results error messages being writen to the pmhub.log at a rate of 7MB per minute. Local fix
Update the Java being used a) keytool -import -file "/opt/ibm/cognos/tm1_64/bin64/ssl/applixca.pem" -keystore "/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/java_1.7.1_64/jre/lib/security/cac erts" -storepass "changeit" b) add /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/plugins/com.ibm.ws.security.crypto. jar:/ opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/plugins/com.ibm.ffdc.jar to boot class path for server Jre C) Open the WebSphere_Java_Home/jre/lib/security/java.security file in a text editor. Locate ssl.SocketFactory.provider and ssl.ServerSocketFactory.provider properties. Comment out WebSphere socket factories, and uncomment the default JSSE socket factories as follows: # Default JSSE socket factories ssl.SocketFactory.provider=com.ibm.jsse2.SSLSocketFactoryImpl ssl.ServerSocketFactory.provider=com.ibm.jsse2.SSLServerSocketFa ctor yImp l # WebSphere socket factories (in cryptosf.jar) #ssl.SocketFactory.provider=com.ibm.websphere.ssl.protocol.SSLSo cket Fact ory #ssl.ServerSocketFactory.provider=com.ibm.websphere.ssl.protocol .SSL Serv erSocketFactory Save the file.
