• DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS Panel ADB2Z55U does not
  support DB2 10 for z/OS password length nor mixed case.
  This problem also applies to column NEWAUTHID.

  *                      'Display/Update USERNAMES', the         *
  *                      user cannot enter a Password            *
  *                      or New auth ID greater than 8           *
  *                      characters in panel ADB2ZRRU            *
  *                      'Update USERNAMES' because              *
  *                      this panel does not support             *
  *                      mixed Upper and Lower case              *
  *                      characters for the Password             *
  *                      and New auth ID.                        *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When using the online update functionality on panel ADB2Z55
  'Display/Update USERNAMES', the user cannot enter a Password
  or New auth ID greater than 8 characters in panel ADB2ZRRU
  'Update USERNAMES' because this panel does not support mixed
  Upper and Lower case characters for the Password and New auth
  ID fields.
