Error description
Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v9.1.1.1 The LPEX, COBOL and PLI editors should show the (!) warning icon when software analyzer has flagged a statement. However, in v9.1.1.1 the warning icon no longer appears. For instance, you have a software analysis configuration that will find names of COBOL programs that don't match. When you run this analysis it flags the module as expected. You expand the found module and click on the module:line number and it brings the module up in the cobol editor. There is no warning icon next to this line in v9.1.1.1. In v9.1.1 the cobol editor has a warning icon on the line that was found by the software analyzer.
Local fix
Use v9.1.1 on the client if you want to have the warning icon from running a software analysis.
