  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR addresses three issues for    *
  *                      User-defined templates in CM Batch:     *
  *                                                              *
  *                      1 - Program does not generate the       *
  *                      '--#TEMPLATE >templatename<             *
  *                      TYPE(TAPE)' comment statement           *
  *                      prior to the template definition when   *
  *                      the user specifies the following CM     *
  *                      Batch parameters:                       *
  *                                                              *
  *                      util_template_errddn_devtype='TAPE';    *
  *                      util_template_mapddn_devtype='TAPE';    *
  *                      util_template_workddn1_devtype='TAPE';  *
  *                      util_template_workddn2_devtype='TAPE';  *
  *                                                              *
  *                      which causes the following LOAD         *
  *                      error:                                  *
  *                                                              *
  *                      DSNUGDFL - INVALID KEYWORD SPACE FOR    *
  *                      TAPE TEMPLATE                           *
  *                                                              *
  *                      when running the change.                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2 - User-defined templates MAPDDN,      *
  *                      ERRDDN, WORKDDN1 and WORKDDN2 do not    *
  *                      take effect in the Work Statement List  *
  *                      ( WSL ) generated by the CM Batch       *
  *                      job.                                    *

  *                      3 - &UQ. is resolved as characters      *
  *                      'UNIQ' in the User-defined template     *
  *                      DISCARDDN.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This APAR addresses three issues for User-defined templates
  in CM Batch:
  
  1 - Program does not generate the '--#TEMPLATE >templatename<
  TYPE(TAPE)' comment statement prior to the template definition
  when the user specifies the following CM Batch parameters.
  
     util_template_errddn_devtype='TAPE';
     util_template_mapddn_devtype='TAPE';
     util_template_workddn1_devtype='TAPE';
     util_template_workddn2_devtype='TAPE';
  
  which causes the following LOAD error:
  
  DSNUGDFL - INVALID KEYWORD SPACE FOR TAPE TEMPLATE
  
  2 - User-defined templates MAPDDN, ERRDDN, WORKDDN1
  and WORKDDN2 do not take effect in the Work Statement
  List ( WSL ) generated by the CM Batch job.
  
  3 - &UQ. is resolved as characters 'UNIQ' in the User-
  defined template DISCARDDN.
