Error description
Cognos Workspace with 2 tabs. Tab 1 has a standard report, Tab 2 has an Active Report. When the workspace is opened, the reports on both tabs can be viewed. If the Workspace is refreshed the Widget for the Active Report on the second tab appears blank. This behavior occurs when using Internet Explorer.
Local fix
Close and re-open the Cognos Workspace when using Internet Explorer. An alternate supported browser can be used to avoid the issue.
