• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If all of the following conditions are met, the SORT subordinate
  address space ends with RC=12 due to ABENDU705 at IIUBDE10+2CC.
  
  - The Database Recovery utility (DRF) invokes Index Builder
  - BLD_PRIMARY and BLD_SECONDARY are requested for HIDAM
  - 'MAXTASKS 0' is specified
  - Hierarchical HPU scan is selected automatically.
  

Local fix

• Adding IB(MAXTASKS(2)) option is a work-around.
